Happy New Year, Pix friends! We are officially in the swing of 2019. For those that are new to our brand, welcome! The “new year, new me” energy is definitely in the air. It gives us a clean slate to go forward with in all areas of life. Specifically, in the flow of workload, a new year gives people a chance to do things differently than the year prior. When our team maps out our events, we try to keep things as organized as humanly possible. Especially if there is a laundry list of logistics to keep in mind, it’s imperative for us to have a running checklist. It doesn’t have to be the written out kind, either! Thanks to modern day technology, there are tons of mobile apps and websites out there to make your organizing seamless. Evernote helps keep your thoughts, and checklist items, well-organized- right from the comfort of your own phone! (See what we did there?)
We’re also a big fan of Dropbox- let’s face it, who isn’t?! It’s so easy to share files with team members as well as clients. Our 360 photo experiences and projects have their own file space, and it’s instantly available to share with prospective partners and clients!
For the Team
Don’t have time for a team meeting? If you want to collaborate with team members in a pinch, Slack, Trello and Basecamp are all phenomenal. Sending files, quick messages and tasks can be done so easily. And yes, all of these programs have mobile apps. This feature comes in handy if you’re onsite at an event!
